We act as consultants for workplaces and education settings, including schools and universities, advising on UK legal requirements and trans inclusive best practice.

We can support your organisation to develop trans inclusive policies and practices, as well as establishing trans-inclusive organisational cultures.

This might include a focus on areas such as:

• Gendered and gender-neutral facilities
• Bullying and harassment
• Direct and indirect discrimination
• Uniform / dress codes
• Time off / leave policies
• Role models and senior leadership
• Transitioning at work or study
• LGBT+ networks
• Gender and LGBT+ data collection best practice
• Name and pronoun usage
• Trans-inclusion training
• Observing national awareness dates
• Inclusive recruitment

This work is charged at £50/hour. An estimation of the time required can be provided once a summary of the work necessary has been agreed.
