Supporting Trans Individuals

We can provide guidance and support for those supporting trans individuals - in the workplace, in education, in community settings, or at home.

This includes:

• Advising on UK legal requirements.
• Advising on trans inclusive best practice in your context.
• Support with communication to colleagues and/or peers.
• Provision of resources to support colleagues and/or peers’ understanding.
• Responding to challenge from colleagues and/or peers.

This work is charged at £50/hour. An estimation of the time required can be provided once a summary of the work required has been agreed.
