We can provide support with policy writing and reviews, creating policies in line with UK legislation and trans inclusive best practice. This includes trans-specific policies, as well as issues affecting trans individuals within wider policy.

This might include policies pertaining to:

• Bullying & Harassment
• Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
• Leave & Absence
• Pregnancy & Maternity
• Parental Leave
• Dress Code/Uniform

This work is charged at £50/hour. An estimation of the time required can be provided once a summary of the work required has been agreed.
